Journal of Business Administration (JBA) is a double-blind peer reviewed journal published by the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. The executive board of JBA is cordially inviting your research works for publication in the Volume 46 Issue 2 of the journal expected to be published by December 2026.

Research articles on business administration, management, strategy, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources management, operations and supply chain management, sustainability, entrepreneurship and related areas are invited.

JBA (print ISSN 1680-9823, e-ISSN 2708-4779) publishes original manuscripts passed through automated plagiarism check, rigorous peer review, fine editing and proof reading. It is devoted to the extension and development of the theories and practices of business administration and management and is designed to appeal both academics and practitioners. Although JBA publishes two issues per year, submissions are taken throughout the year. Papers are published online as soon as the review, editing and proof-reading processes are complete.

The journal uses Crossref generated Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for all the published papers, hence enabling the papers to be accessible to the scholar community.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Submission of a paper implies that it is not published (partially or as a whole) previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should be written in English and submitted both as MS Word document and PDF.
  • Authors must format their submission following the guidelines of the journal available in the link https://journal.iba-du.edu/new-paper-submission.
  • Author/s are requested to register online at the journal website (https://journal.iba-du.edu/) and submit the manuscripts online.
